We run a pay per call network built for one thing: connecting people shopping for ACA health insurance with licensed agencies that can help them.
Why we focus on ACA calls
Most call networks sell everything. Auto insurance in the morning, home services after lunch, Medicare in the evening. That works for volume, but it does not work well for health insurance, where the rules are strict, the calendar matters and the people calling are often worried about their family's coverage.
We took the opposite approach. We focus only on Affordable Care Act Marketplace health insurance. That lets us build every part of the network around it, from the ads publishers are allowed to run to the questions callers answer before they reach an agent.
The result is simple to describe: live calls from real Marketplace shoppers, routed to licensed agents by state, during the hours those agents are ready to answer.
What we do
We sit between two groups. On one side are publishers: marketers who run ads on search, social, TV, radio and other channels. On the other side are buyers: licensed health insurance agencies and call centers.
Publishers send callers to our campaign numbers. We check each call against the buyer's rules, such as state, ZIP code, hours and daily cap, and connect it to the right agency. Buyers pay for calls that meet the rules agreed before launch, and publishers are paid for the qualified calls they send.
Every call is recorded, every outcome can be marked, and both sides can see results by campaign, state and source.

What we are, and what we are not
We are an advertising and call-routing network. We are not an insurance company, agency or broker, and we do not sell insurance to consumers. We are not part of HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or any state Marketplace.
The licensed agents who answer our calls work for the agencies that buy them. Those agents quote plans, help with applications and look after their customers. Our job is to make sure the right shopper reaches the right licensed agent, quickly and honestly.
